Job Role:
Introduce customers to the menu and answers customer questions
Take customer’s orders
Pass customer’s orders along to the staff for preparation
Collect orders, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers
Ensure that customers are satisfied and processes for additional orders if necessary
Make coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications
Clean work areas, coffee machines, and equipment
