Our client is a multinational banking and financial services institution, with a strong focus on structured finance, based in the DIFC, Dubai.

Description
To review and monitor transaction pipelines from an early stage to the close of such deals to ensure that all services can be provided to customers efficiently and in a timely manner To support the smooth processing of pipeline deals. This includes the involvement by Team Head in all necessary prior consultation with related departments and in the execution of deals To monitor and address various kinds of internal control and management mattersKeep abreast of all internal and external developments which could lead to change in internal procedures and to ensure such changes are quickly communicated and embedded within MED. Fully support senior management in the meeting of all targets and KRI/KPIs via direct action as well strategic and tactical input using banking knowledge. Constantly re-examine suite of internal checks and procedures in order to eliminate errors and improve efficiency, whilst sharing best practice and achieving further integration within MEDManage and provide oversight to KYC onboarding

Profile
Be able & willing to work in Dubai (only candidates based in the UAE can be considered for this position) Have 2-4 years of experience within Credit analysis in a wholesale bank with a focus on emerging market Corporate, Financial Institutions and Hybrid PF names Participated in regulatory interactions on risk management and implemented policy changes. Strong presentation skills, cultural awareness, an ability to engage and a willingness to challenge upwards Educated to at least degree level Knowledge and experience of KYC practices
