One of our clients is a growing, business advisory company, with sectors across M&A, Risk, Audit, Tax, IT and Legal Services. They service clients across 3 continents.
The business is growing solidly in Abu Dhabi and hence the need to create a new role heading up the Abu Dhabi practice.
Our client is looking for a natural leader, looking to work in a dynamic environment, someone looking for a step up to Director level with longer term potential to become a Partner.
The successful candidate should be very well networked in the region, and able to develop business and bring on new clients.
Responsibilities
• Overseeing an experienced team of accountants and auditors, as well as hiring and onboarding new talent
• Director Team members in order to ensure timely and accurate projects deployment
• Business development, attending networking events, constantly striving to add to the bottom line
• P&L responsibility for the office
