Audit Manager (Real Estate Development & Investment)

Venture Search is recruiting on behalf of a global financial institution, hiring for a an Internal Audit & Operational Risk Manager to join their Dubai office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Risk & Audit team in the rollout of an internal audit plan which provides independent and autonomous assessments to the executive management team, audit committee, and any relevant third parties or regulators on the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management and control processes and frameworks.

The role:
– Work with the team to assist in developing and execute an internal audit framework
– Construct internal audit policies and procedures
– Execution of internal audits
– Develop audit plans, conduct audit fieldwork, provide internal audit reports, follow up on recommendations for corrective actions
– Support the team with risk management and operational risk management and risk reporting work
– Work with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions and departments, both within the business and audit committee members
