Job description / Role

Supervise and perform the configuration of cash register IT systems
Check collection procedures are properly implemented
Participate in and facilitate the checks carried out by internal or external auditors
Keep up to date with products and trends and suggest changes to standard
Anticipate problems and difficulties (wastage, theft, budget discrepancies, etc.)
Monitor and control the establishment’s stock (stock takes, spot checks, etc.)
Analyze budget discrepancies (revenue, ratios, number of covers, RevPAR, sales, etc.)
Perform accounting closures (reports, F&B, transfers, guests, wastage and breakages, etc.)
Complete period-end stock takes (monthly, annually)
Monitor compliance with the establishment’s budgeted F&B ratio
Help draw up the various F&B budgets
