Associate ME Business Support Specialist

Supports sales representatives in administrative/business areas. May be responsible for customer administrative support, such as order fulfillment.

Selection Criteria/Relative Weight
  • Given : Fluent in English – Arabic is a plus
Critical – Customer relationship management skills:
  • Builds relationships with customers leading to broad collaboration.
  • Able to build strong cross functional relationships throughout Chevron Oronite and rally resources to meet customer needs.
  • Capacity to understand Customers internal process and customer mapping on the Logistics/Payments.

  • Capability to have broad knowledge of sales processes, From Supply chain and Logistics constraints, pricing, cash collection and Compliance process.
  • Capacity to manage customer forecasts and customers complaints internally within Chevron Oronite.
Important – Local Administrative Support:
  • Capacity to negotiate with external entities for local purchases
  • Coordinate all Chevron Oronite local activities event.
