DO — Key Responsibilities:
1. Attend customer enquiries through inbound calls
2. Document the call details in the software along with summary of query
3. Assist customers for call back requests received through emails
4. Assist customers in booking appointments, when they fail to do it online through the Aster Website
5. Register customers and educating them about the Aster care loyalty program
6. Answer queries on redemptions, point upgrades, offers, etc.
7. Ensure customers’ details are updated in the relevant databases as and when requested
8. Act as a first point contact for complaint management.
9. Follow up on customer complaints/feedbacks
