Job Description: 

 Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant

 Work with the Restaurant Manager to set and meet sales and profitability targets, ensuring that the restaurant is operating within budget

 Ensure that the restaurant is in compliance with health and safety regulations and that all staff are adhering to proper sanitation and hygiene practices.

 Assist in the hiring, training, and scheduling of restaurant staff.

 Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance, provide feedback and set goals for improvement.
