Our center:
West Chicago Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) that has 120 Intermediate Care beds with 5 wings, proudly serving the behavioral/psych population.
Location: In a quiet residential area, we are just 8 miles west of I-355, and across the street from Gary Elementary School.
Job Description
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Registered Nurse / RN: officially we title this job an Assistant Director of Nursing, but in other centers it may be called an ADON, Registered Nurse, RN, Floor Nurse, Staff Nurse, BSN, MSN, Unit Manager, Nursing supervisor, Charge Nurse, Nurse Supervisor, or Nurse Manager

Qualifications
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – Registered Nurse / RN
What we need from you:
- 3-5+ years of experience as an ADON, Charge Nurse or Nursing Supervisor in an ICF or SNF setting
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Strong CNA leadership experience
