Job Description:

Are you a strong Programme Manager with a successful track record of setting up, leading and delivering transformation or separation programmes within a retail environment?

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage changes to scope and ensure they are agreed in advance.
• Manage interdependencies and risks between workstream plans.
• Produce business case and capital requests for review and approval at agreed governance forums.
• Alongside Finance and People team support manage project finances and provide project, financial and resource updates to programme leadership.
• Chair and facilitate key tower programme reviews and steering groups,
• Work with all relevant Business units to understand strategic requirements for business area and ensure outputs of Tower Programme will deliver against these.
• Provide leadership to Workstream Leads/ Project Delivery Teams, coach the Programme team and ensure collaborative working across all project and non project functions to support delivery of project deliverables within time, cost and quality measures of success.
• Adhere to and maintain the governance structure that allows appropriate levels of control to be exercised over the programme, chairing reviews at a workstream and programme level to provide control over scope, cost and timescales; specifically including:
