Job Description:
You will work as part the Market Development team within the Property Function reporting into the Data Analytics Manager. As a colleague, you will influence the existing performance and future growth of the business.
Job Requirements:
- You will have strong analytical and statistical modelling capabilities with experience of working with a range of data types and be able to demonstrate experience in providing insight and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Previous experience with spatial data, mapping and analytical tools are key (e.g. SQL, Alteryx, Tableau or similar).
- Experience within grocery retail and business are desirable, but not essential.
- As part of your role, you will need to challenge ways of working to encourage new approaches to data analytics and modelling and provide solutions to forecasting and statistical analytics.
- Through this analysis, your outputs will inform and direct the market and property strategy for the business.
