Job Description:

This is a great opportunity to join our Central Retail Operations Wage Planning team working on the “Future” transformation programme covering Central and Store wage planning systems. 2021 will see our journey of ‘system separation’ commence whilst our business still strategically moves towards a discounter platform. We will need to continually drive further simplicity through embracing new systems and defining simple processes to support the wider implementation of these changes in stores.

Job Requirements:

• Establish and maintain credible working relationships, including joint planning, prioritisation and communications
• Support with project management documentation e.g. presentations, project plans, change logs and regular reporting
• Creating simple and engaging briefing documents for both Store and Home Office cascade
• An ability to spot opportunities to make it simpler with innovative thinking
• Demonstrate clarity of thinking – clear, logical & methodical approach to problem solving; both ahead and ‘in the moment’, remaining calm and engaged to resolve at pace
• Must be a pro-active self-starter with ability to manage own workload
• Good communication skills with strong organisational, time management & prioritisation skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
