POSITION: Senior Legal Consultant
SALARY: up to 25,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
HIRING COMPANY: International Law Firm
LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1 month)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time/ Permanent
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Deal with clients and handle any corporate legal matters such as advising on legal issues and providing general legal assistance
Review, draft and negotiate legal documents and contracts
Perform legal research into certain legal topics and matters
Represent law firm and clients before government departments (administrative boards, court trials etc.)
Provide legal advice for transactions and deals and attend any meetings required
Improve law firm’s profitability and efficiency using legal practice knowledge
Consult on legal and program issues to actively manage risks
