Arabic Sr. Legal Consultant Up To 25k Aed for an International Law Firm in Dubai
– POSITION: Senior Legal Consultant
– SALARY: up to 25,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
– HIRING COMPANY: International Law Firm
– LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
– AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1 month)
– EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time/ Permanent
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Deal with clients and handle any corporate legal matters such as advising on legal issues and providing general legal assistance
– Review, draft and negotiate legal documents and contracts
– Perform legal research into certain legal topics and matters
– Represent law firm and clients before government departments (administrative boards, court trials etc.)
– Provide legal advice for transactions and deals and attend any meetings required
– Improve law firm’s profitability and efficiency using legal practice knowledge
– Consult on legal and program issues to actively manage risks
