On behalf of our client a software solutions company that is based in Dubai, we are looking to recruit an Arabic speaking Performance Management Consultant. Reporting to the Principal Consultant you will be responsible for managing projects from implementation phase, data gathering, solution design development, deployment and training. You will be pivotal to the problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and delivery and solution implementation, pre sales support, client account management and data management and analysis
