Job description / Role
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• Responsible for assigned documents/material upkeep, maintenance, proper storage/safekeeping
• Maintain utmost confidentiality and adhere to the Code of Conduct
• Perform related other duties/assignments as instructed
• Supervise or support in financial budget preparation, submission in coordination with Accounts
• Review/Check contracts, invoices on behalf of the GM prior to their approvals in the system
• Liaise with Team leaders for analyzing and reporting on the above
• Manage the GM’s office, maintain decorum, order regular supplies of consumable items
