– Confirm the orders by phone and prepare shipments.
– Tracking the shipments and followup with shipping companies.
– Handling the returns.
– Work closely with the team to oversee daily business operations
– Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance
– Monitor sales orders and supplier relations
– Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients and contractors
– Keep updated on industry trends and consumer market
