We are looking for a talented, self-driven and experienced CX analytics lead. It is a pivotal role that will contribute to the evolution and success of one of the key priorities of the organization by insights mining and data modelling to make high impact decisions. Get to work on challenging business problems – where to grow next, how is a strategic initiative performing and how to turnaround an initiative etc
Work directly with product and business stakeholders to translate questions and hypotheses into structured analysis
The Analytics lead will seek and use actionable insights and recommendations to improve customer experience and will be responsible for designing and governing data to insights processes and reports providing insights support for experiments and projects.
Ensure all proposed customer experience / operational experience initiatives are measurable and performance is tracked.
Work with cross-functional teams to drive experience improvements – track, measure, and report on projects utilizing expertise in A/B testing, design of experiment, data, and analytics.
Lead and manage junior analysts as a lead and provide support and training to business teams as necessary
What Did We Order?
Bachelor’s degree in economics, sciences or engineering with 4-6 years of relevant experience
Highly motivated and driven individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, enthusiastic corporate environment
Strong analytical skills – creative problem solver that can run analysis using different sources of information and deliver comprehensive, balanced & impactful analysis
Expert in SQL programming skills with experience in integrating, structuring, and analysing large amounts of data from diverse sources
Proficient in data visualization using BI tools such as Tableau and/ or Looker
Exposure to the fields of customer experience analytics and A/B testing
Comfortable analyzing in Excel, including manipulating data and visualization
Experience in R/ Python (highly preferred)
Experience with customer survey platforms like Qualtrics (preferred)
