To actively promote and sell rooms and services to leisure and corporate clients based on the sales and marketing plan to achieve the financial targets of the company.
- Prepare the annual Sales & Marketing Plan including the rate structure and budget forecast for all hotel properties.
- Build up a healthy client base in terms of number and production from both leisure and corporate segments.
- Visit contact person of corporate and leisure companies regularly to obtain their business and promote our products.
- Conduct phone sales calls regularly to ensure the continuity of the relationship and obtain information that may lead to further sales opportunities
- Conduct sale blitzes to companies and government ministries within UAE.
- Obtain information on the competitive set business and targeted markets
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
- Initiate promotions and advertising during selected periods to maximize awareness and sales figures.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hotel Management is preferred
- 4 to 6 years of hotel sales experience in the UAE.
