Job Description

As the Advertising Coordinator, you will serve as a conduit for communications within the Marketing department, providing support with primary and sales tasks to ensure smooth operations of the company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to improve your ability to select the best campaign strategy for the clients’ goals.

Salary range: $40000 – $55000 per year.


  • Represent our clients in promotional marketing efforts.

  • Coordinate with the internal teams to deliver cohesive sales messages.

  • Assist with Marketing Campaign Development.

  • Prospect customers and ignite interest in products.

  • Highlight distinguishing features of products.

  • Build relationships to tailor promotions to customers.

  • Performs all communications and Information functions.

  • Communicate customer insights and data to colleagues

  • Steward of the brand and product voice in all marketing communications.

  • Collaborates with the Director of Marketing and team to plan, build, and execute marketing programs that meet the annual goals for brand affinity, sales, and growth of multiple brands.

  • Responsible for enforcing brand standards and guidelines.

  • Establishes and adheres to performance metrics across all relevant marketing channels.

  • Ensures the alignment that all (internal and external) marketing communications to meet established brand standards across all brands.

  • Aid in the development and delivery of marketing and promotional material.

  • Attend exhibitions and visit clients


  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in managing business communications or communications.

  • Phenomenal written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Ability to balance a strategic and creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
