Job Description

  • Monitors and coordinates the provision of general services including Admin Projects, Framework Agreements, Transportation, Telecommunications, office supplies, office allocation, furniture, and cleaning services etc.
  • Schedule Admin Projects meeting, coordinate and prepare MOM, progress reports and presentation. Process all CAPEX related transactions in the system (SAP).
  • Coordinate and collaborates with all Admin staff to ensure the timely closure of ASK GS Tickets within SLA.
  • Coordinate and collaborates with all admin staff for daily task prepare the report for the Administration manager.
  • Arrange all Admin meetings and prepare MOM.
  • Coordinate and fulfil all requirements for Shared Service Projects.
  • Maintain and monitor services provided through Service Contracts, and provide the feedback to Procurement Unit

Proficient in MS Office, SAPExcellent Business written and verbal Communication (Arabic & English)High numerical skills and reporting capabilitiesSolid understanding Service legal agreementsKnowledge in dispute resolution and mediation techniques.Excellent skills in organizing projects and managing resources, internal and external.Expert in controlling Administration costs and resources
