Job Responsibilities:

Career management for doctors (updating files, administrative procedures)

Organization of the recruitment of medical personnel (publications, processing of applications, responses, drafting of contracts, agreements, etc.)

Search and recruitment of replacement or interim doctors

Drafting of employment contracts, follow-up and renewal

Preparation for the payroll department (contracts, allowances, overtime, travel expenses, decrees, etc.)

Development and monitoring of the medical staffing table

Job Requirements:

  • Management of time savings accounts
  • Follow-up and preparation of doctors’ remuneration with the payroll department
  • Creation and follow-up of service rosters
  • Realization and follow-up of the on-call and on-call schedule for doctors
  • Development and monitoring of the training plan for medical staff
  • Implementation and monitoring of medical CPD
  • Monitoring leave and training expenses
