Job description / Role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to providing administrative support to ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office, followup shipments, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems

The responsibilities include:
– Answer and direct phone calls
– Performing administrative duties
– Arranging and followup shipments of domestic and international packages
– Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
– Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases
– Develop and maintain a filing system
– Submit and reconcile expense reports
– Preparing financial reports
