SPETCO Gulf Oil Well Maintenance LLC (UAE) is looking for candidates based in the UAE for the following position:

Admin Officer

(Reports to: Operations Manager)

The primary objective of this position is to coordinate the order administration functions of the business. Within this context, the position holder performs, coordinates and / or supervises a wide range of tasks in a number of functional areas, including but not limited to: order processing, logistics, customer & supplier management, general administration, and accounting.

The position reports to the Operations Manager of the company and will coordinate closely with the operations team, the logistics section and accounting. The position will also interface with outside parties (customers, suppliers, third party service providers, etc…) as needed.

A secondary objective of this position is to support the commercial activities of the business that include: generate supplier inquiries, quote to customers, negotiate and close transactions, under the supervision of the Operations Manager.

Requirements:·        University Degree in administration or relevant field.·        Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant position.·        Excellent communication skills (verbal / writing).·        Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).·        Good command of English and Arabic.·        Presentable and proactive.·        Experience in ERP is a plus.
