Job description / Role

About the client:
A prominent business set up consultancy agency catering to businesses in different industries all across UAE.

Job Role:
Collect, dispatch documents and ensure all documents received are checked, filed and encoded in each tracker properly
Prepare acknowledgement receipt and dispatch all processed document (Trade License, Visa etc.)
Ensure all the documents from different jurisdictions are logged in the Incoming and Outgoing log sheet as well as updating the trackers
Check, print and file the acknowledgement receipts of documents on a weekly basis
Reviewing and approving the following documents through ERP System
Photocopying, scanning, updating the tracker sheet and filing of New EIDs received for the day
Provide correct employee details of the involved companies using Tahaluf system Employment Visa Application
Handling passport inventory and creating guidelines, policies and procedures of other Free Zone
Updating the PRO daily task and coordinating with the Renewal Managers and Client Relation Manager with their concerns and send it to PRO
Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the manager in order to meet department or division objectives
