Position Title: Admin Coordinator (UAE National)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 13,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus annual bonus
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A well established chains of groceries and the largest consumer cooperative in the UAE.
Job Role:
– Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and follow up regularly
– Undertake typing of a variety of material such as memorandum, reports, circulars
– Submit materials to Director for review and signature
– Take and convey messages and answers general queries in a pleasant and efficient manner
– Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, communicate with attendees
– Prepare minutes of meetings and distribute to all concerned
– Provide data and documents in timely manner
– Preserve loyalty and confidentiality of the assigned work and ensure that confidential information is not revealed to anyone other than those specified to safeguard interests
