Job description / Role
We are a Training Center company based in Dubai, urgently looking for an innovative, smart and energetic Admin assistant who will be responsible for below:
– Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
– Scheduling and managing training bookings
– Ordering and taking stock of office supplies including inventory
– Greeting and directing visitors
– Preparing documents for meeting and business trips
– Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of teams or senior staff
– Finding ways to improve the administrative process
– Coordinating with trainers regarding upcoming training and requirements
– Handling customer complaints if necessary
– Gathering learner’s details, certificate applications, and printing.
– Admin works (filing documents, photocopying, scanning, etc)
