Job description / Role

• To handle a small IT company accounts and administration.
• Candidate should be well versed with Sales/Purchases/Payments/receivables experience with VAT returns and WPS in Accounts and help sales team to find the prices and arrange the material from suppliers and arrange deliveries to customers.
• Coordinate with Service team to arrange material, collections and delivery.
• Employee payroll management, Visa processing knowledge desirable, travel arrangements for employees for annual leave. Must have hands on experience using CRM.
