We are looking for a highly organized, hard-working candidate with good skills in following up with customers to collect outstanding invoices before they become over-due. For this purpose, he should first obtain a thorough understanding of each customer account by talking to the related operations executives/salesmen and maintain a logbook in excel, highlighting all underlying issues and find solutions in a very systematic manner.
Contacting customers by phone as well as regular visits to customers premises in person are an important part of this role and therefore, he must always maintain a healthy business relationship. The number of accounts to be controlled are highly manageable for the right candidate. The support is abundantly available to locate any missing documents (invoices/orders/time sheetsetc) from the concerned staff in operation/sales.
This position does not involve any data entry work for now.
Industry specific experience is not mandatory but overall experience of 8 years, out of which 5 years in the UAE are required.
Preferred Age Range: 30 to 40
UAE Drivers license is a must.
Skills: Good communication skills in English and Hindi (both verbal and writing skills). Arabic is a plus.
Other skills: Microsoft outlook, word and excel.
