- Graduation in commerce or equivalent qualification in finance with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience (in UAE) of accounting in ZOHO.
- Preparation of BRS and payroll sheet.
- Preparing bank and credit cards reconciliation statements.
- Accounting entries in ZOHO and Mena Me (Payroll Software).
- Preparation of Prepayment Schedule and accrual provisions.
- Preparing Suppliers’ Payment according to the Scheduled Payment Cycles.
- Monthly suppliers’ reconciliations.
- Preparation of daily cash flow statements and cash flow forecast.
- Preparation of payroll sheet.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word.
- Proficiency in using ZOHO.
- Ability to deal with suppliers.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work to a deadline.
- High level of accuracy.
- To be disciplined, reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with management.
Monthly Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500
