Job Description

  • Graduation in commerce or equivalent qualification in finance with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience (in UAE) of accounting in ZOHO.
  • Preparation of BRS and payroll sheet.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Preparing bank and credit cards reconciliation statements.
  • Accounting entries in ZOHO and Mena Me (Payroll Software).
  • Preparation of Prepayment Schedule and accrual provisions.
  • Preparing Suppliers’ Payment according to the Scheduled Payment Cycles.
  • Monthly suppliers’ reconciliations.
  • Preparation of daily cash flow statements and cash flow forecast.
  • Preparation of payroll sheet.

Skills Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft word.
  • Proficiency in using ZOHO.
  • Ability to deal with suppliers.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work to a deadline.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • To be disciplined, reliable and trustworthy
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with management.

Monthly Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500
