Odoo Experienced Accountant

The ideal candidate must have( 1- 2 Years) of experience in Odoo software.

• Prepare & maintain accounts payable reconciliation and payment follow-up.

• Monitoring payables and preparing monthly Statements.

• Maintain Day book and Ledgers.

• Preparation and input of month-end journal vouchers

• Keep in track of posting the purchase invoices, credit transactions

• Review of daily cash as well as petty cash management

• Submit monthly reports and help in month-end closing

• Collaborate with the Finance Manager and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks

• Manage payroll activities

• Organizing and Coordinating with all office admin needs

• Keeping and recording all credit card entries with the reconciliation every month

• Handling of all procurement needs

• Maintaining, recording and payments of all office utilities

• Handling and maintaining all visa and Insurance.

 Must Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software OdooEnthusiastic candidate with an Accounting background, ready to tackle the challenges in the core Finance domain.Apt in handling financial tasks like budgeting, planning, and calculating variance which reduces business expenses.Ability to interact with the company’s management and other departments in a clear and concise manner.A keen eye for minute details coupled with an instant ability to make sound decisions.Reporting SkillsAbility to handle relevant software like Microsoft Suite for efficient preparation of reports and statements.
