Account Manager Associate

Chicago Connect specialize in increasing market share for our clients’ brands and we ensure we tailor our services to their needs in a face-to-face environment. There are various disciplines in the direct marketing field and we primarily focus on live marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should possess strong account management skills and be a proven people leader. They should have the ability to deliver services as per agreed service levels, manage workflows in a distributed work environment, and lead or participate actively in contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary range: $45000 – $55000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate pre-sales deliverables and share key information between the client and sales team

• Collaborate with the sales teams to improve workflows

• Own the customer communication relationship during the project fulfillment process

• Maintain quick response times between clients and all internal teams

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and product

• Assist and take responsibility for quality control of the team’s work and provide constructive feedback on the tone and creative direction of the work.

• Prior experience as an Account Representative or other sales role preferred.

• Experience in brand marketing and sales work is an asset.

• Ability to solve complex problems.

• Superior inter-functional project management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communications with the ability to motivate and stimulate the team to reach a shared goal.

• Able to work in a dynamic, dynamic and team-oriented environment with the ability to work with several groups simultaneously.

• Experience in customer service is a plus.
