Our team is responsible for the recruitment of IT specialists for the Accenture Technology division, which carries out innovative projects in the field of: implementation and integration of IT systems, security, infrastructure, cloud solutions, business intelligence and advanced analytics. Accenture is constantly evolving, we have a lot of work and the IT candidate market is difficult and demanding. Therefore, we are looking for a recruiter open to new challenges to join our team.

Job Requirements:

• a minimum of one year of experience in the independent recruitment of IT specialists – building a talent acquisition strategy and its effective implementation; knowledge of trends and tools.
• Understanding how the market of IT specialists looks and functions today – what are the expectations of candidates, what challenges it entails and how to react to a rapidly changing reality.
• Business maturity and high personal culture – a recruiter is the candidate’s “first contact” with the company and we want you to be able to build a positive candidate experience . The ability to establish partnerships and effective relationships with our hiring managers is also important.
