Job Requirements:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree from a relevant field
  • Skills and experience in at least one of the following:
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) principles
  • ITIL framework & processes
  • ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • IT Operating Models
  • Mentoring and continuous evaluation that ensure your career continues to progress
