Job Description:
The Credit and Collections Agent will be part of a team responsible for performing day to day tasks within the Order to Cash process Accounts Receivable, Collections, as well as AR Adjustments, and Billing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to all requests for accounts receivable information or analysis to the client
- Communicate and follow up effectively with client leads regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
- Order to Cash Domain expertise
- Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with the involved departments
- Reconciliation of daily workload
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of products
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Dispute resolution
- Customer Focused
- Minimum 1-year Microsoft Office suite experience required
- Minimum 1-year Finance and Accounting experience required
- Time management – ability to prioritize and work with high volumes in an effective manner
- Strong written, verbal communication and negotiation skills; language fluency
- Email communication
- Excellent attention to detail
- Minimum 1-year experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing and A/R Adjustments
