Job Description:
As the Cloud Engineer, you will work with engineering teams to develop infrastructure as code and platform services for products. Provide foundation tooling to scale cloud services and support operations across environments.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with source control, change management such as Git or similar tools including branching, merging and rebasing
- Strong knowledge of IP networking, Domain Name Service (DNS), OpenShift
- 1+ years experience with AWS technologies like EMR, EC2, RDS, ECS, IAM, Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), CloudFormation, S3, Route53
- Strong knowledge of data formats like JSON, Parquet, key value pair, Avro or similar
- Familiar with AWS Fargate, Lambda, Kafka and architectural best practices including scaling enterprise systems, reliability and design
- 3+ years of progressive experience as software or systems engineer
- 1+ years of experience with containers like Docker and Kubernetes or similar and orchestration systems
- 3+ years of experience working in an agile environment
- 3+ years of experience with cloud-native software development methodologies and tools like continuous integration and continuous deployment, microservice framework, Spring, RESTful or SOAP-based web services
