Job Responsibilities:

• Articulate experience vision, strategy and plan to deliver against business objectives (incl. business case, roadmaps, segmentation and targeting, brand value and positioning, etc.).
• Outline and develop strategy, plan and the key business drivers around execution and the resources required to execute.
• Product and service development and innovation.
• Mapping omnichannel customer journeys by target segments.
• Build framework to continually improve the customer’s journey and experience to achieve their goals.
• Generate meaningful insights from quantitative and qualitative data and turn them into to growth opportunities
