AC/ HVAC TECHNICIAN

Job description / Role

Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and controls to determine problems and perform necessary repairs• Maintain HVAC equipment on an ongoing basis as part of the facilities preventive maintenance program• Coordinate the daily work load of the mechanical maintenance group• Make recommendations for improvement on existing HVAC systems and equipment• Adhere to established HVAC work order preventive maintenance schedule• Provide labor for preventive maintenance and repairs to HVAC equipment and systems• Adhere to established HVAC work order preventive maintenance schedule• Provide labor for preventive maintenance and repairs to HVAC equipment and systems• Troubleshooting control wiring• Daily maintenance of building including but not limited to such as plumbing, painting, drywall repair, and lighting.• Perform other corrective maintenance related duties as assigned such as Client work orders, assisting other tradesmen, trash removal and emergency repairs.• Perform plumbing, carpentry, janitorial duties as needed.• Reports to Lead Technician and Client
