Club Lounge Agent

The Club Lounge Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests in the Club Lounge area of the hotel. He/she must have a positive and professional attitude, and be able to effectively communicate with guests to ensure their needs are met. The Club Lounge Agent is responsible for ensuring that the lounge is clean and well-stocked, and for providing guests with information about the hotel and its amenities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they enter the Club Lounge, and provide a warm and friendly welcome.
• Ensure that the Club Lounge is clean and well-stocked at all times.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information about the hotel's services and amenities, as well as the surrounding area and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, and ensure that all guest accounts are up-to-date.
• Assist other departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Professional and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions:

The Club Lounge Agent is required to work in a fast-paced environment, and must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. He/she may be required to work standing up for extended periods of time, and must be able to lift and carry heavy items such as food and beverages. The Club Lounge Agent may be required to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
